Loreto LeytonMs. Loreto Leyton has been appointed as the new Chair for CHILPEC (Chile committee for PECC) as of 1 March 2016, succeeding Dr. Manfred Wilhelmy. She is also the new Executive Director of the Chilean Foundation of the Pacific. Previously she has been a diplomat for the Chilean Foreign Service for more than 24 years, which included among other postings, five years at the Mission of Chile to the United Nations and two years as senior adviser to the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS).
